RIX - CDG

Night, when I did my hair, TWICE, in my sleep.
Did a perfect bun in my sleep. And were ready to roll and then fell asleep again.
Oh, my! What's happening with me? Such a weirdo.
(it happened two nights in the row, to be honest, oh, well.)

11.05.15

Two days before my Line Check.

I'm having my Line Check
(in-sky and on-ground examination)
after two flights: CDG - Paris, France and FCO - Milan, Italy.

My Line Check is to LGW - London, UK.

Am pretty anxious and stressed.
First of all, I still can't believe that I am working in aviation. Each day passes so fast. It feels like I'm out of space, in the parallel universe.
Second of all, the amount of information is ridiculous.
Third of all, there is no time and no chance to make a mistake. Everything has to be perfect and flawless.

Sixth week and last week - done!

Today I have passed all of my ground exams. AWESOME!

Can't wait to start doing everything in the sky.

My emotions?
Time has passed so damn fast!
All the lessons, all the practical tasks were among amazing and among interesting, I enjoyed every single peace of them. Such an amazing experience!

What's next?
I'm having my first flight on May 8th.
But now... I'M ON vacation. Can't wait to enjoy it to the fullest! It will be fabulous! New places, new things, new experience!

And after that - I'll have my first flights to AMS, NCE, CDG, FCO, LGW, VIE, MUC, ZRH, VNO, ATH, BRU.
Let the fun and adventure begin!

10.04.15

Fourth week - done!

It was a great, very hard, yet so interesting and exciting week. Now we are having, wearing our uniforms and it feels amazing.

We are so damn pretty and handsome in those uniforms. Wow!

From now on - you can walk around only in uniform, while working, and instructors are controlling you everyday, if your hair and make-up is perfect, if your uniform in clean, ironed, everything is worn correctly.
Like in army, but I don't mind at all.

Feeling great!

08.04.15

3 exams - done!

I'm happy to say, that I have passed 3 exams in one day.
Crowd's control exam, Boeing 737 familiarisation exam and and this one huge exam about EVERYTHING. EVERYTHING!
So, so happy and proud!

Next step - service exams.
And that will be the last part on the ground, then just flight, flights, flights.

02.04.15

Third week - done!

This was the most interesting and most hardest week ever.
I'm loving, what we are doing!

So many practical tasks, too many new information, but it's amazing. And only one free day in two weeks (Sunday), so we all are knackered, you can only imagine that.

We are preparing for our final, biggest practical and theoretical exam (on April 8th), before our next part - flight exam and training in the air (in May).

We are more than a half way through, there's no way back anymore.

What's important - we all have our CC (cabin crew) certificates and licence, so from now on - we can work in any aviation company in Europe, as CC. How cool is that?
So now, basically, we are training and passing all the exams to work in
"AirBaltic Corporation

" and be the part of this amazing company.

"Bend over, head down!"

27.03.15

About studies.

I'm studying in airBaltic training centre everyday from 9:00 until 18:00. And then - preparing for my exams at home. Two weeks were like that, non stop of studying. But now...
I've finished my first part of studies and only three weeks left. Three weeks with amazing practical studies.

Second week - done!

First of all I must say, that I have successfully passed my exams in Security training, Discipline and responsibilities, and in First aid training.
And practical exams in Fire and smoke training, in water survival training and in medical aspects and First aid training.
I feel great!
I must say, that I already know so many unbelievably valuable things, that will definitely help me in real life and in work, of course.

I loved fire and smoke training, where we needed to use extinguishers and evacuate people from the aircraft full of smoke, where you can't see anything. And by anything I mean - ANYTHING.

I loved water survival training. Just amazing! Several hours in the water, doing loads of exercises, showing our physic, strength in team work and as individual.

First aid. So truly useful and needed.
Did CPR, did put casualty's in the recovery position, did everything to save the infant's and child's life, managed to rescue chokers and so on.
So many useful information.
Just... so valuable!

But what I loved the most, was Crew resource management class, with an amazing lecturer. Such an interesting, fun, new and so important class. Played cool games, looked at cool pictures, did so many team work plays and studies. Found out, what kind of "animals" and leaders, followers are we.

We are a great team.
We are so helpful and fun, and do speak about everything in such a comfy and natural way.
Such an amazing atmosphere in our training centre.
Loving it.
I'm getting more and more into it, and I can't wait to get my licence and to begin to do all the amazing practical thingies.
Words can not explain, how excited I am.

21.03.15

First week - done!

Good morning, everyone!

I am thrilled to announce that I have successfully past my first two exams, with 100% and a little under 100%.
First week - done.
Four more to go.
And many, many more theoretical and practical exams to past.

I must say, that these studies are so interesting, so fulfilling, and the lecturers are awesome, too.

Not only a professionals, who are giving loads necessary information, but also giving us information and telling us all these amazingly interesting stories from crew life and company life.

Having another exams already on Monday and Tuesday and practical ones during the week. Thrilled and worried at the same time. Want to have maximum points, want to do better and better everyday.
